Please note, you cannot pause or change your daily lead limit once you have purchased leads.
We are happy to accomodate any changes to the account after your batch of leads has been completed, however we are unable to make changes to the account during an active batch of leads. For example, if you have purchased 100 leads and have received only 50, you cannot pause your account to stop receiving the leads.
We strongly recommend that before purchase large quantities of leads, you start with a smaller batch, to test out the time frame and availability on your end. This will serve as a gauge for the number of leads that you can consistently handle in a day, week, or month.
Similarly, we do not offer refunds or to “Stop” a batch of leads.
